Photography Ideas - Staging a Photo Shoot

I always asked the question, what I should wear? So I thought I started out in hopes it would help if the same questions you are asked to write an article for the help. Or have you taken your pictures, it may help to ask you ... So here are some of my thoughts.

Think about layering your clothes. Contrast is key!

If you love something and feel good inside and out wear.

But the dress is casual. You choose to wear a T-shirt, but you will regret it can in a few weeks?

If it matches, do not try to shoot an engagement. Go with different colors and go with a complementary style.

Patterns are usually a no-no. Most shooting will be outdoors if the photographer knows what they're doing and they will pull from the background textures. This picture makes a business if both of you!

Dark colors are slimming and easy photo really. Lighter colors are more attracted to light.

Wear shoes that make you feel good. Make sure that you love them. And being comfortable.

Dress for the weather. If its cold out its hard to look good in hot pants ... But be comfortable in what you choose. You will reflect on what you are feeling.

If you have a child or a pet you are bringing your best with an additional person. It is important when you have a pet or child being photographed with them is the ability to see. Bring someone you trust. Comfort and worry out the way you still can with the easy smile.

If you have anything that you want to avoid photographers (tattoos, scars, etc.) before you tell your best to shoot them. Photoshop is the idea that everyone is certain, but you find more work.

Where Is Jill Nye the Science Gal?

Women in mathematics at the University chapter for me to start a union in the process of trying to do. I really do this until recently when I came to a sad realization, the "people who inspire you," was inspired to see the section on my Facebook profile ... None of them are women.

What is worse is that this literature, history, and comes to business I women who figured prominently contributed and know of many examples, but I just think of science and mathematics can. Some of them, the social sciences and some terrible fate (ie Marie Curie) met with.

I love Indiana Jones and the longest time wanted to be an archeologist. Beakman and Bill Nye the Science Guy every chance I could I saw. All of my childhood heroes were men of science.

I still watch TV or go to the movies still mostly male characters that dominate the world of mathematics and science. Women, the scientists in the cast, often characterized as brilliant, but flawed so social that they are to be pitied.

Media women who are gifted in math and science and who are also cool, fun, interesting, and desirable doctors, psychologists, or nurses are portrayed as. These are all great areas, but these are not the only areas of science. Women rarely engineers, mathematicians, scientists and researchers are depicted as the practical and theoretical science.

Even my favorite shows like Big Bang Theory and the bones do so. A "normal" character in The Big Bang Theory Bernadette still earning a PhD and her future husband had to contend with the potential weakness.courage and less accomplished husband. Sheldon Cooper comically bizarre characters such as Farah Amy Fowler, character, or as in the case of Leslie Winkle behave as women who are characterized as men are mirrors (even sex), a value because he is a male dominated profession.

The brilliant but damaged, so damaged that audiences often wonders if she can ever be truly happy. My favorite shows canceled in Numb3rs, Amita portrayed as a brilliant and beautiful mathematician, but his role is largely supportive of his love interest, Charlie Epps. It also supports the potential risk to move forward in her career. Amita love story to the audience for Charlie to have led to their goals., or that women in science will have to choose between love and success.

Some positive characteristics of women in science, pop culture role models right now (sorry, Dr. Ruth's children will be exposed to ...) is on a TV show Mythbusters. We need more of Kari's little girls so that makes them think he was a mathematician, scientist, engineer or the woman might be.

I was lucky.I'm lucky that social norms in math and science did not stifle my exploration. But the media still sexist and denigrating women mathematicians and scientists portrayed in ways we do in math and science to encourage young girls? We are women who are good at math and science in society, how to change the general perception, interesting, quiet, and desirable? I do not know the answer yet, but I'll keep trying to think of.
